Our introductory packs are only available for first time clients. New clients can redeem one of the two available class pack options (4 classes OR 8 classes packs). Our optional Introduction to Reformer Pilates session is available to all clients, in addition to the intro packs.

The Arise team can host private or group sessions, at the studio or at your business/sports club premises. Sporting teams, mother's groups, bridal showers, corporate/business team building and more can be accommodated. Catering and additional services can also be provided on request.
