The class is full, the waitlist & cancellations

We are a boutique fitness studio with a limited number of clients in each class - this provides us with the ability to give feedback to help you get more out of your workout.  Therefore we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot in your favourite class. If the class is full, we recommend going on the waitlist as it's very likely a spot will come up.

Please only elect to go on the waitlist if you can definitely attend class as you automatically be added to and charged the class if a spot comes up. Ensure that your email notifications are switched on as you will be notified via email if a spot becomes available. It is the client’s responsibility to manage their bookings including waitlist bookings. We recommend that you remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend the class.

All group classes have a 9 hr late cancellation policy (Private sessions have a 24hr late cancellation policy). Any booking changes within this time period or no shows to class will result in your class credit being forfeited/charged. Bookings must be changed by the client via the Mindbody system - booking change requests via email or other methods are not accepted.

Please ensure that you arrive on time and ready for your class start. Late arrival may mean your spot may be allocated to a client on the waitlist, or for safety reasons missing the warm-up may exclude your safe attendance to class.

I'm new to this

No experience is required to attend any of our classes, except Reformer Plus which requires attendance to another Arise class prior.

Our classes are taught in a manner which makes them accessible to all levels of experience or fitness, with options given if you want to work at a more advanced or challenging level.

If jumping straight into a group class environment isn’t for you, we offer Introduction to Reformer Pilates sessions in both private & group settings. Please call or email us to arrange.

Please arrive 10 mins before class to meet your instructor, who will talk you through the equipment and any other class details.  Your teacher will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Special conditions and pregnancy

While our classes can help build your strength, fitness and improve your mental and physical well being, our classes are all group fitness classes and do not provide individual rehabilitation requirements.

We offer private 1:1 sessions with our experienced teachers for clients requiring more specialised attention and programs.

If you have pre-existing medical conditions including pregnancy, you must seek advice from a medical professional and contact the studio, prior to attending any group classes.

If you are more than 12 weeks pregnant, prior to attending any group classes you must attend a mandatory private Prenatal session. Please contact the studio to book your prenatal session.
