I'm new to this
No experience is required to attend any of our classes (excluding Reformer Plus). We recommend Reformer Align and Reformer Stretch & Core as great first class option. Grab your intro pack here
Please arrive 10 mins before class starts. Your teacher will be happy to answer any questions you may have! Socks are required for class participation - optional grip socks available for purchase.
If jumping straight into a group class environment isn’t for you, we offer 1:1 Introduction to Reformer Pilates sessions. Please request a session here

You’re in great hands. All Arise classes are led by our highly experienced teachers who all hold a national or international recognised comprehensive Pilates training, with many of our teachers are trained in multiple modalities.
